Community Flyers

Community Flyers (Peachjar)

Birdville ISD uses the Peachjar system to distribute literature and flyers to parents. Approved flyers are delivered directly to parent emails and posted on campus websites. They can also be viewed through the District's mobile app, providing easy access to important community and District information.

NONSCHOOL GROUPS - Community Groups and Outside Organizations

BISD no longer distributes flyers from outside vendors directly to students.
The executive director of Student Services has been designated as the administrator responsible for the review/oversight of the distribution of flyers for nonschool groups.
To submit a request for the electronic posting of a flyer, you must:
• Register online at www.peachjar.com to create a Peachjar account.
• Upload flyer for approval.
BISD will review the content and approve or deny the request based on District Policy.
If there is a cost for the service/activity being posted, such as swim lessons or baseball registration, Peachjar will charge the business posting the flyer $25.00 for each campus website the flyer is posted on (BISD does not receive any proceeds from this fee).
Each posting should have a posting duration period with no posting lasting longer than three months.

Community News for North Richland Middle

Birdville Education Foundation

The Birdville Education Foundation was recognized for its long-standing partnership with Birdville ISD in support of our students, teachers and schools. During the 2026-27 school year, the Foundation will award $180,000 in innovative teaching grants, providing educators with resources to bring creative and engaging learning opportunities into their classrooms. The Foundation also supports the BISD Counseling Department’s Peer-to-Peer Helper program, which helps students build connections and support each other; provides a $10,000 contribution to Haltom High School’s Feed the Band initiative to ensure band students have meals on game nights; and support BISD’s annual Teacher of the Year Gala by gifting financial awards to campus and district teachers of the year at both the elementary and secondary levels.

Birdville ISD greatly appreciates the Birdville Education Foundation for its ongoing and generous investment in the people and programs that help BISD students grow and thrive.
